I have an interview Thursday for a similar job with a different employer who has better benefits. We will see what happens with it. I'm not sure if I would take it, but I would like to know what they would offer. It never hurts to know your options!
Update:
The interview went great, but I decided I didn't want to leave my current place for something so similar. In comparison, there are some things I really like about my current job that I wouldn't have (at least not in the near future) at that other job.
Just wanted to update y'all on that.
